ROLLER PAN MIXERS

Grinding rollers have a large crushing surface. The gearings have tapered roller bearings.

Mixing blades and scrapers are adjustable.

Mixed material discharge is through a semi-circular door with a special shutter feature to give a complete seal during the mixing operation.

All rotating components are guarded against material infiltration.

Pan is manufactured from sheet steel with a heavy gauge base.

Drive is through belt and spur gears from an electric motor with belt tensioning device.

Framework is of pressed plate and mounted on two pneumatic tyred wheels with hub bearings to permit a good towing facility around site. The tow bar supplied is removable.

A coupling hook is fitted to give easy loading and unloading of the machine.
